This policy explains what happens to your data when you visit sharenium.com or send us an enquiry. It was last updated on 21 October 2026.

Who is responsible

What we collect and why

The contact form

When you use the form, we receive the name, email address, company (if you give it), message and project interests you submit. We use them only to read and answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box, and our interest in replying to people who write to us. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, then delete them.

Spam protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile checks technical signals from your browser when you send the form. It is provided by Cloudflare, Inc.

Email delivery

Your enquiry is delivered to us by Resend, an email delivery service. Resend processes the contents of the form for that purpose only.

If you click Accept in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited. It sets cookies and sends usage data to Google. We keep this data for 14 months. If you click Decline, Google Analytics does not load.

Analytics without cookies

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies or track you across sites, so it needs no consent. It gives us basic visit counts.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.

Who receives your data

Cloudflare (hosting, Turnstile, Web Analytics), Resend (email delivery) and, if you consent, Google (Analytics 4). These providers may process data outside Georgia and the European Economic Area. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Georgian Law on Personal Data Protection, you can:

  • ask what data we hold about you and get a copy,
  • ask us to correct or delete it,
  • ask us to limit how we use it or object to it,
  • ask for your data in a portable format,
  • complain to a data protection authority, such as the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia or the authority in your own country.

To use any of these rights, email contact@sharenium.com. We will answer as soon as we can.

You can change your cookie choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. Choosing Decline stops Google Analytics from loading. To withdraw your consent for a form enquiry, email contact@sharenium.com and we will delete it. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
